Our client, a fantastic market leading company based in Germany, is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telephony support which includes both pre and post sales. You will need to be okay with working alone as you will be in the field 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities:

- Training clients as well as staff.

- Working on the field 50% of time.

- Define problems that have escalated from the help desk.

- Both telephone/face to face both pre/post-sales support.

Key skills and experience:

- Experience with Polycom/Avaya.

- Experience with Cloud, Network and VoIP.

- Fluent in both German and English.

- Being able to identify issues quickly and fixing them.
