For one of our international clients in the Arnhem area, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing business. The headquarter is located in the USA and the company is also represented in Asia, Middle East and Europe. The Technical Support Engineer must have experience identifying and solving issues related to hardware, software and systems. In that role you will also have to assist client and to interact with other departments. Therefore, having excellent communication skills in English and other European languages is a must. This role is office based however some travel will be required (installation of new products and training, fairs, etc.).

Main Tasks

Identify technical issues and offer effective and efficient repairs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Provide customers with technical support and training on the products

Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and accurately

Provide feedback with call close information, parts and usage reporting

Liaise with different teams in a way that is courteous, positive and professional to successfully carry out your role


High School diploma minimum and electronics degree a plus

Mechanical and electrical aptitude, and demonstrated skills

Competent in English and other EU languages a plus

Knowledge of basic networking

Ability to identify and solve technical issues, and to think independently

Computer and analytical skills

Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information

Possess excellent customer service and communication skills

Must have valid driver license
