Ability to Design, Configure, Deploy and Maintain SUITCRM 7 and latest versions.
Overall Technology experience: 8+ years
SuitCRM/SugarCRM experience: 5+ years
Additional Must Have Skills:
Ability to travel abroad to countries such as Canada and across Latin America.
Lead and participaite in Business Architecture related workshops with clients.
Travel could be up to 50% at times.
Work closely with senior management to drive CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
Serve as CRM lead main point of contact throughout all project phases and lead the day-to-day executions & monitoring of all transformation projects and manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Write HLD & LLD for CRM design along with understand integration points across business services.
Deliver in depth CRM technical expertise to Business Architecture, Customer & other groups like CPQ, Omni Channel, MDM Customer, Billing, Ticketing
