What our client wants you to do aka responsibilities
The Call Recording & Analytics Engineer II is responsible for the support of Voice & Screen solutions including design, implementation and problem resolution. Provide support to voice service managers & vendors by troubleshooting the NICE Engage, Nexidia, Genesys integration, Carrier infrastructure, and Call Center infrastructure.
You also meet most (if not all) of the following responsibilities:
Ensure system stability & availability of the recording and analytics platform.
Support, design, implement and configure Voice and Screen recording solutions (NICE Engage).
Ensure system compliance related to OS and application patching/upgrades while adhering to break/fix processes for ticketing, incident, and outage resolution.
SIP experience: actively troubleshooting issues related to SIP.
Oversee recording vendor in the engineering studies: transaction volumes, response times, availability, service options, product spec, speed of operation, type of protocol of the telecommunications systems.
Evaluate vendor hardware, software, and communications products and provide recommendations for purchases and projects to ensure PCI compliance of the recording and analytics platform.
Leads successful delivery projects involving recording & analytics platform and operational reviews.
Complete SQL database research for call recording identification; station and user mapping into NICE and Genesys technologies.
Monitor and manage the recording and analytics environment for enterprise Telecom Infrastructure while acting as a liaison between vendor and business for urgent issues.
Provide consultative support to ensure efficiencies in the recording environment, while providing 2nd and 3rd level support to managers and operations support to vendors
Ensure concerted effort is being placed on root cause analysis for Telephony outages.
You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:
7 years or more as a Telephony Engineer
7 years or more of Telephony concepts and voice recording workflow experience
5 years of experience in IP & SIP Contact Centers with expert knowledge of Genesys and Avaya platforms
3 years of design and implementation of Call Recording Technologies as a Technical Lead
NICE call recording systems & NICE administration and technology experience required!
Perform user and system administration responsibilities in NICE.
NICE Engage 6.x and above, NICE RTS, NICE Deletion Toolkit hands on experience
Experience successfully delivering large projects with knowledge of Analytics technology
VoIP networking architecture and troubleshooting experience is a plus
