My client is an international software company that provides software as a service, cloud computing, and visualisation products to their customers across the globe.
This opportunity is to be based in their Dublin office, working as a Cloud Support Engineer, and working closely with their French counterparts (French language skills are a necessity in order to be successful in this role).
Your core responsibilities would include;
Providing tech assistance on the company's products via phone, email or remote access
Perform problem analysis
Share articles/knowledge on complex issues in order to be reviewed by colleagues and peers
Have a good understanding of Windows Desktop/Server and networking/WEB protocols (such as TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
