Prestigious Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking for a self-motivated individual who is energetic and personable to fulfil the open Full time position of Senior Consultant, focusing on Exchange and Exchange Online (Office 365).
Be a subject-matter-expert for Exchange and Exchange Online (Office 365)
Understand the problems our clients are facing
Work with our team and the client's team to help design a solution
Help define the scope of work and requirements to implement the solution.
Analyze the environment to uncover necessary remediation
Implement the solution and provide support afterwards.
Perform field work at customer locations in Chicagoland area
Document activities and resolutions in ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve problems to satisfy requests
Complete any necessary research and on-the-job training to resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner
Contribute to the growth of the organization via participation of team meetings, mentoring peers, and blog writing.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities, skills and characteristics:
Attention to detail
Strong desire to own an issue and see the problem through to resolution
Clearly communicate in verbal & written forms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3+ years' experience in various environments, with strong skills and experience in:
Deploying and managing the following technologies:
Exchange 2010 and later
Office 365/Exchange Online
Migrating from other mail platforms to Exchange or Office 365
Troubleshooting mail flow
Writing PowerShell scripts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: $95,000 to $125,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
