The Career Opportunity

VCMS currently require an experienced AVAYA Voice Engineer to work for a Leading Multinational Technology Company in a support function, where they will work closely with the customer's key internal and external global partners, ensuring all agreed support SLA's are delivered to a high standard. This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Administering and supporting Cisco ISR's

Supporting IP Telephony

Supporting and administering Avaya adjunct voice services

Contact Centre call routing

IVR Building

The Candidate Profile:

Experience in Voice Carrier Management inc SIP/SBC's

Experience administering and supporting Cisco ISR's

Experience on Genesys Call Centre Platform

Experience on Mac OS Platform

Strong Communications and Analytical skills


Experience supporting Avaya Aura Product Range (inc: S8700, Media Servers, G450 gateways, AES, Session/System Manager etc).

CCNA and/or ACA, ACS certified

Experience supporting IP Telephony.

Experience supporting and administering Avaya adjunct voice services including Avaya Aura Messaging and CMS

Experience with Avaya Contact Centre call routing and IVR building (Vectoring and VDNs)
